If you choose payment in Canadian Dollars please be advised that the issuer of your credit card, will determine your exact exchange rate. That will be reflected on your credit card statement. RETURN POLICY
Returns due to transport damages or manufacturing faults: must be claimed by fax or e-mail immediately. Please mention your option for replacement or refund when you send us your request for the return authorization code.
Returns for any other reason: This classification requires an express return authorization code. Please contact us by e-mail, within 24 hours of receipt of goods to obtain the express return authorization code. A refund or credit, less shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee will apply to the returned items covered by the express authorization code classification. All returns must be packed securely and insured, as www.casahomeaccessories.com cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items. All returns from US have to be labelled clearly: “Returned Items” on customs documentation. No return will be accepted without our return authorization code clearly posted on the shipping box. REFUND For all of the above refund will be issued only to the original purchaser only for new unused items, in new original packaging, accompanied with complete original documentation.
